Model 44/3000 - automatic machines for the produktion
of decorative ceiling tiles from cut "EPS" blocks.Tile thickness:
continuously adjustable from 18mm to 120mm! Can be also supplied for the
tile sizes: 23 7/8 inch x 47 7/8 inch x 5/8 inch! Your own decor and format
proposals would be welcome!
The automatic machine moulds and finishes the decorative surface of the cut
"EPS" tiles in such a way as to ensure the ceilings tiles are almost the
same as standard ceilings tiles which are foamed in a time and
money-consuming method in individual singel moulds.Around the tile there is
an about 4mm flat frame , not moulded to show a fine finish.
Output: 5 qm = 1 minute! 300 qm = 1 hour!
The automatic machine only needs one electric power supply (15KW) and
compressed air of 7 bar (450 litres/min).
No vapor! No water! No cooling plants!
