The automatic machine moulds and finishes the decorative surface of the EPS block foam cuts in such a way as to ensure that these ceiling tiles are almost the same as standard ceiling tiles which are foamed in a time and money-consuming method in individual signle moulds./
Machine output: 5 qm = 1 minute! 300 qm = 1 hour!
The automatic machine only needs electric power supply (10KW) and compressed air of 7 bar (450 litres/min).
